Job Title: Administration Officer
Location: Moree, 369-379 Frome St Moree NSW 2400
Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
Salary: Commensurate with experience
Hours: Full-time 38 hours a week

Monday to Friday, 8.30am to 5.00pm

Position Purpose: We are looking for a full-time Administration Officer for an immediate start in our Moree branch. The successful applicant will have exceptional customer service skills and a friendly manner to greet our valued customers either face-to-face or over the phone. This position plays an important role assisting both the Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable personnel, so attention to detail is essential.
Main tasks:
  • Reception – Answering and redirecting incoming phone calls
  • Assist accounts staff as required
  • Daily bank reconciliation
  • Banking
  • Collect mail & other supplies as required.
Required Qualities:
  • Customer service orientation
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Basic understanding of bookkeeping and/or accounting principles
  • High degree of accuracy and attention to detail
Desired Qualities:
  • Proficiency in English and in MS Office
  • Analytical thinking.
  • Initiative and forward thinking
  • Data entry skills along with a knack for numbers (desirable)
